Selected candidates are invited for a brief conversation to ensure mutual fit and discuss how the Circle can best serve their professional goals.

Accepted members receive access to the private member directory, priority event invitations, and an introduction to the community.

Membership Criteria

  • C-level executive, Vice President, or Senior Director
  • Minimum 8–10 years of professional leadership experience
  • Currently based in or regularly operating in Barcelona
  • International professional background preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to peer learning and professional exchange

Barcelona Executive Circle was founded by an International Business Administration graduate with extensive experience and exposure across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the US, who moved to Barcelona and immediately noticed what was missing: a trusted, private space for senior professionals to gather without the noise and superficiality of traditional networking events.

The city has a thriving startup scene and no shortage of business events — but almost nothing for experienced executives who want to connect with peers, exchange genuine insight, and build relationships based on mutual respect.

The Circle was created to fill that gap. Not as a business, but as a community — built slowly, built carefully, and built to last.
